Tilt Open Feeder Deflection System

Only DeSite has the seat time experience to know the benefits of a Feeder Deflection System that not only helps to control flow but allows forces material to the top of the screen deck to begin the screening process.

The 3ft x 10ft feeder also allows for excavators to feed the screener from all sides for maximum screening efficiency.

Desite has also designed the Feeder system to pivot open, allowing oversize material to pass through eliminating the need for anyone to be up in the feeder to dislodge large rocks, or wood chunks.

6ft x 10ft Tilting Screen Deck ( galvanized )

DeSite’s experience in screening is once again display with our Tilting Screen Deck design.

Giving the operator the ability to manipulate the deck slope for maximum screening efficiency allows for versatility when screen varying materials in varying conditions.

In the spring and fall when materials are usually wetter a steeper deck allows you to screen when others are waiting for drier weather.

In the summer when materials are drier the operator can flatten the deck slope to keep material on the deck longer for higher output and better screening efficiency.

Only DeSite designs allow the operator to make contact with the screen deck so that material do not drop vertically onto the screen mesh, eliminating the costs and need for a scalping deck.

Cantilevered Screen Deck Suspension System

This rugged cantilevered screen deck suspension is all DeSite.

Built to absorb the shock of a bucket making contact with the screen deck, this suspension system works to cantilever the screen deck.

Pushing down on the top of the screen deck with the operators bucket brings the bottom up to create an action / reaction. This allows the screen deck to tilt faster up and down using less deck movement for a more aggressive screening action.

No other screener design has this ability to jump the screen deck up and down for dislodging rocks, sticks, and sod.

Dual 120 Volt (3600rpm) Vibratory Packs / with Power Box

DeSite has designed its screen deck into two 5ft x 6ft side by side mesh panels that each have there own 3600rpm 120 volt dual eccentric power packs. We have designed it this way so that the vibratory packs do not have to compete with each other to vibrate the entire screen deck.

At 3600rpm the vib packs do their job vibrating all the mesh wires so that wet materials resist sticking to the wire and plugging the mesh opening. Our tilting screen deck works hand in hand with our vibratory packs to move material across the screen deck to handle both wet and dry material efficiently.

The 108 ProScreen can sue land power if within 75ft or a minimum of a 6500 watt generator to power the screener so the hourly operating costs are very low. Each vibratory pack has its own 25ft power cord and starting capacitor built in the water tight power box so that start up is easy and requires minimal power draw.

The 108 ProScreen screener can be easily moved around the job site using just the bucket of your machine, thanks to our 108 ProScreen Bucket Transport Lugs.

This system allows you to keep your machine as close as possible to the material being screened, reducing cycle times and increasing the number of buckets processed per hour, which leads to higher hourly output.

Our fork and bucket lug transport system eliminates the need for wheels, axles, hitches, and wiring, reducing maintenance and simplifying the transport process.

Quick Disconnect 24 in Riser Box ( galvanized )

The 108 ProScreen is both versatile and equipment friendly for both compact and full sized equipment. The 24 inch Riser Box will take the feed height from 8ft up to 10ft double the storage capacity of both the finished product and overs to over 6 cubic yards on both sides.

When up on the riser both and feeding with full sized equipment vision from the seat of the operators cab is excellent. The operator can see the entire screen deck and how the material is flowing over the deck.

Off the Riser Box and feeding with compact equipment the feed height comes down to 8ft for maximum feeding efficiency and maximum vision.

Removing or reinstalling the 108 ProScreen screener on or off the riser box takes less than five minutes with our four winch strap system.

We offer a wide range of mesh that are quick and easily changed.The ability to install large and small high quality mesh makes DeSite SLG Screeners a time saver and money maker. We offer both square and elongated mesh pattern in a double lock crimp weave. Our double lock weave puts two crimps in each wire as they intersect, This creates a strong weave and a stronger, more stable mesh.By directing material flow to the top of the screen deck, this system ensures maximum production and efficiency. The SLG 108's deflector is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing it to open and close as needed to manage oversized materials effectively. Additionally, the 108's feed deflector fits into our quick disconnect lugs, making it easy to remove when necessary.

Elongated

Our elongated pattern mesh is what we call a triple chute weave where a group of three wires intersect the main with wires. A space of four inches has full unobstructed opening before the next three wires intersect the mesh again. Our elongated pattern meshes are designed to handle higher moisture material when screening is more challenging. Hourly production are always considerably higher when elongated pattern mesh in in use.

Wood Mulch

Wood mulch is a light product that travels over the screen deck differently that a soil or aggregate product. It is recommended to run a bit bigger mesh. Often people will screen out the fines and mix it into the topsoil for slow release decomposition. It is a great way to recycle the wood fines.
